As our Systems & Help Desk Technician, you will install, test, and troubleshoot software
and operating systems on our network. Evaluate networks and analyze security
measures to ensure they function correctly. As a configuration technician, you are
responsible for daily maintenance to prevent any significant interruptions and may also
research new systems and make recommendations on network solutions that meet our
needs. You will provide Tier 1 support to our staff via phone, email, and computer chat.
You will ask appropriate questions and use knowledge and resources to diagnose and
resolve their issues. You will escalate issues that extend beyond Tier I span of control.

• 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice

The Multimedia Specialist plans and develops visual information products for external
and internal communication initiatives. Uses knowledge of audiovisual media
techniques, methods, hardware, and software to create a range of products in response
to specific communication requirements. Products may include capturing video footage
and photographs of events, ceremonies, conferences, symposiums, community
activities in a variety of formats. Ability to conduct on-camera interviews, record high
quality audio for video, and edit audio and video footage using industry standard
software. Capture high quality portrait photography in studio and field environments, edit
still images utilizing photographic software, print high quality images and mount prints in
a variety of formats. Provide customer support services to staff and senior leadership as
needed to ensure high quality service. Support the Social Media Ministry by developing
content and optimizing paid social media campaigns.

•Bachelor’s degree of specialized science in communication, video production, graphic
design or one year of specialized experience
•Can provide analysis, detailed support, technical advice, and assistance regarding
television/radio network operations
•Works with media products ranging from video, audio and multimedia elements
included for broadcast, web, digital and streaming media platforms
•Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done
through organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community,

Our Social Media Manager helps to increase exposure through social media platforms.
They work with a specialized team of volunteers and alongside the Technology team to
reach our brand's goals. From creating monthly editorial calendars, to using marketing
strategies to deliver our brand's message in creative ways, the Social Media Manager is the
link between our organization and our social media followers. More than just attracting new
partners, the Social Media Manager analyzes data to determine which initiatives work best
and capitalize on this information to continue the growth and exposure of VCMI.

• 3-5 years of social media management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
• Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
• Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
• Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing
campaigns to capture their attention
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts
throughout various forms of outreach
• Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work
toward many company initiatives at once
