1. What is the location of the host hotel?

2. Is there a conference room block with a special rate?

Answer: Yes, however, the room block at the Naples Grande Beach Resort is fully booked. You may still take advantage of a special conference rate at the Hilton Naples, which is within walking distance of the host hotel.

3. What airport should I use when flying into Naples?

Answer: Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW)

 

4. Are there shuttles to and from the airport to the hotel?

Answer: VWCI is not providing transportation or shuttles to and from the airport.

However, ground transportation options include:

• On-demand taxis

• Ubers

• Rental cars

 

Groups may also book transportation through:

NT&T Ground Transportation

 

5. What is the dress code for the conference?

Answer: Casual. Come as you are.

 

6. Is any food provided during the conference?

Answer: The conference will open with a reception featuring light fare. Otherwise, meals are on your own. A list of nearby dining options will be provided at registration.

 

7. Where can I find the schedule for the conference?

Answer: The full schedule is available at vcmi.org

 

8. Is childcare available during the conference?

Answer: Unfortunately, we will not be providing childcare services.

 

9. If I bring my child, will there be a registration fee?

Answer: Admission is free for children aged 13 and younger.

 

10. Will the conference be streamed online?

Answer: No, there will not be an online streaming option for this conference.

 

11. Are there vending opportunities during the conference?

Answer: No vending opportunities are available at this time. However, speaker tables will be available onsite.

 

12. Will there be onsite registration?

Answer: Yes, onsite registration will be available.

However, we highly encourage early registration to ensure a smooth check-in process.
