Together, Tyrone and Cynthia Marshall pastor the Saint Mary's County, Maryland and Washington, D.C. campuses of Victory Christian Ministries International. Pastors Tyrone and Cynthia are committed to teaching God’s Word with powerful simplicity to produce effective change and positive results in the lives of every listener. Their greatest desire is to see people live out the enjoyable life God has always desired for them to live.

Our amazing children's ministry caters to ages 0-12 giving them a space to freely worship in their own way. We teach God's Word in a way that is relevant and relatable.
