Family Matters in ministry
Description: Ministry doesn’t happen in isolation—it flows from the strength and health of the family behind the leader. This workshop offers a transparent and practical conversation on building and maintaining healthy family dynamics while serving in ministry. Whether married or single, raising children or mentoring spiritual sons and daughters, leaders must learn how to balance calling with connection. We’ll address marriage and partnership, parenting while in ministry (especially when children serve alongside their parents), and the importance of emotional and relational intelligence in sustaining ministry longevity.  Learn strategies for setting boundaries, fostering communication, and ensuring that family remains a source of strength—not strain—while fulfilling your assignment.

“The Prayer Call: Building a Prayer Infrastructure That Sustains Ministry”
Description: Every move of God requires an infrastructure strong enough to sustain it and that structure is prayer. In this dynamic session, leaders and intercessors will rediscover their call as spiritual watchmen, guarding the vision, covering the house, and discerning the heart of God for their ministry.  This workshop will teach you how to establish and strengthen the “prayer backbone” of your church through systems, strategy, and spiritual sensitivity.
