Victory Christian Ministries International wants your wedding day to be one of great joy as well as a beautiful, memorable experience. It’s our goal for every wedding performed at VCMI to honor Christ, and the Wedding Ministry is committed to helping you make your wedding ceremony a worshipful, momentous occasion. It’s our mission to ensure you enjoy this special time of planning and preparation. Our Wedding Ministry will work to provide guidance while assisting you with the plans for your wedding rehearsal and ceremony.

GENERAL INFORMATION
All weddings are scheduled through the Conference Department at least three months in advance after pre-marital enrichment has been completed. The Conference Director will only confirm the date, space, and time for your event, as well as the assignment of an Elder after the enrichment has been completed.
The bride, groom, or their parents may schedule a tentative space up to six months in advance. To qualify for booking the facilities, one person must be a member of VCMI and have completed the Discovering Victory program.
Due to ministry demands of the church facilities, wedding rehearsals and ceremonies will not be scheduled on the following holidays: Easter weekend, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, the month of December, and New Year’s Day.
Wedding ceremonies and rehearsals will not be scheduled on Sundays or at times that will conflict with church services or special church events. All parties involved in the wedding, including vendors and guests, should abide by the conduct outlined in the VCMI Wedding Guidelines and the use of facilities agreement.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on church property, including parking lots. Any members of the wedding party found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from the church property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the church building. Childcare is not provided for wedding rehearsals or ceremonies.

Q. How do I request a wedding date?
A. To request a wedding date, you'll need to complete the Pre-Marital Application. Due to limited space, we ask you to provide several alternative dates for your event. This will help us accommodate your request.
Q. Do we have to attend any meetings or classes before having a wedding?
A. We ask all couples desiring to be married at VCMI attend the pre-marriage classes, which are offered to support you in building a Christ-centered marriage. Classes are at least 10-12 weeks. Click here to access the VCMI Application for Pre-Marital Enrichment sessions.
Q. Who will be performing my wedding?
A. Pastors, Elders and Ministers perform wedding ceremonies at Victory. Once you have completed the Premarital Biblical Counseling sessions and submitted a wedding date, we’ll gather additional information to help select an Officiant. Then, an appointment will be scheduled to meet your Officiant as well as discuss the services and policies related to having a wedding at VCMI.
Q. How do I secure my date and time for my wedding?
A. Upon receipt of the application, we will begin pursuing an available date for your wedding. Once pre-marital classes are complete, you will be contacted by the Wedding Minister for a formal meeting. Once a date has been confirmed, a deposit is required to secure your reservation on the calendar. During this meeting, please provide as much information as possible.
